Pray

Deep in these hills far away from everything. It keeps my mind on "chill" and my calloused heart on a very short string. Now Im closer to God. but far away from everyone else. it let's my heart "Be Still" while my calloused mind slips into hell. I got Jesus in my heart but the devil's in my head dont know if I should kneel or appeal to what he says these voices in the wilderness long to take my breath a-way... so all I can do is pray. Deep in thought, my wild n crazy past plays out, it keeps me locked inside and my calloused heart full of pain and doubt. I just pray. solo I pray first thing in the morning and at the close of day. I pray when it all goes bad or when everything's okay when voices in the wilderness are calling me away, I pray I pray....
