[NARRATOR — SPOKEN VOICE ONLY] [DO NOT SING] Today we come to one of the most remarkable stories in the Nemenhah Sacred Records... The Book of Mohrhohnahyah. For readers of the Book of Mormon, we know him by another name. Mo ronigh, the son of Mormon. The Book of Mormon leaves Mo ronigh alone after the destruction of his people, carrying the sacred record and wandering wherever he can for the safety of his life. The Nemenhah Record claims that his mortal story continued. Mohrhohnahyah tells us that he had served as a captain among the Nayfihah armies. He had seen war. He had watched nations destroy themselves. He knew what violence could do to a people. But according to this record, the lonely warrior eventually found another covenant people. Among the Nemenhah, his life began again. He found a home. He took Pahihneht as his wife. He raised children. He became a teacher, a record keeper, and a servant of the Peacemaker. And perhaps because he had witnessed so much war, he understood the value of peace. Mohrhohnahyah confirms that Hayihnmeht had correctly seen danger coming from the south. The danger was real. But fear had caused the people to build armies, fortify cities, and weaken some of the very principles they were trying to protect. Eventually the armies were disbanded. The battlements came down. And the people returned toward the Way of the Peacemaker. Think about the man teaching this lesson. A warrior. A survivor. A man who had watched his own civilization disappear. Now he was helping another people understand that lasting Zion cannot be built by fear. His message also reaches forward to future generations. He warns of pride, confusion, Babylon, and people forgetting the ancient Way. But he also sees hope. A remnant will listen. Some will return. Some will prepare themselves to meet the Peacemaker. Perhaps that is the greatest lesson of Mohrhohnahyah. When one chapter of life ends, God may still have another waiting. Mo ronigh lost his people. But according to the Nemenhah Record, he did not lose his purpose. The warrior found a family. The wanderer found a home. And the survivor became a witness... Peace is the Way of Zion.
