[INTRO] Nobody's here. That's the part they don't understand. They keep telling me to talk like there's a saviour waiting. There isn't. [VERSE 1] I don't have anybody I can call when it gets bad, Nobody with the time, No name sitting in my phone that I can tell about what I can’t get past, No person who would understand that I can walk to when my head becomes a mess, No shoulder I can lean against, no place I can decompress. So when somebody says, "Reach out," I don't know who they're talking about. I'm supposed to find somebody that I don't fucking have to lose? Or just speak to deaf ears? I've spent so much time alone that being alone became the norm, Now the silence feels familiar even when it's fucking warm. I don't want somebody's pity, I don't want somebody's eyes, I don't want someone watching me while I'm barely getting by. And I know exactly how it sounds when I say I want to leave, But nobody knows how fucking heavy it is to think nobody needs me. So I sit inside my room, let the ceiling watch me breathe, Thinking about the person I was and the person underneath. No messages. No calls. No footsteps down the hall. Just me and every thought that I don't tell anyone at all. [VERSE 2] Then my mind starts doing what it always fucking does, Taking every little problem and convincing me it's enough. "You've already fucked it up." "You've already lost too much." "Nobody really knows you." "Nobody really gives a fuck." And I know those thoughts are cruel, but they don't sound cruel inside, They sound like fucking facts when you're hearing them at night. That's how the mindset changes, slow enough you don't detect it, First you're hurt, then you're angry, then you're fucking disconnected. You stop asking for affection 'cause rejection feels expected, Stop explaining how you're hurting 'cause explaining feels pathetic. Then isolation starts becoming something you begin protecting, You convince yourself you're better off without anybody present. And that's where it gets dangerous, when the loneliness feels logical, When disappearing starts sounding less frightening than the obstacle. Not because I want attention. Not because I want a scene. It's because my fucking brain keeps telling me nobody needs me. [VERSE 3] I start thinking in extremes, everything is black or white, Either I can fix my entire life or nothing will be alright. Every failure gets remembered, every victory gets erased, I can have a hundred good days and remember one mistake. I start measuring my existence by the things I haven't done, Looking at who I could've been and mourning who I wasn't. Then I look at everybody else and wonder why I'm still behind, Not realizing I'm comparing their outside to my mind. And the more I fucking isolate, the more convincing it becomes, Every thought starts feeding thoughts until I can't tell where they came from. I don't want to call somebody, because what would I even say? "Hey, I'm fucking falling apart, but I've been hiding it this way." And I'd rather disappear than admit I need somebody, Because needing someone feels dangerous when you've spent your life without it. So I keep the door closed, keep the curtains drawn, Keep pretending I'm just tired when I'm barely holding on. [VERSE 4] That's the mindset. It isn't one thought. It's a thousand little thoughts stacked on top of one another. Nobody's coming. Nobody understands. Nobody needs me. I've already fucked everything up. What's the point? And after hearing it long enough, the thoughts stop sounding foreign. They start sounding like me. That's what scares me. Not that I have these thoughts, but how familiar they become. How easy it is to confuse exhaustion with truth. How
