[Intro] Morning drive along the lakeside highway Mountains fading into shades of blue Checking maps and driving down the bypass Searching for a brand new morning view [Verse 1] Deep blue water under crystal clear skies Mirroring the clouds that float right by Gentle breeze just sweeping through my hair now Smell of pine trees carrying from up high Framing up a once-in-a-lifetime picture Catching every moment in my lens Standing still right here behind the viewfinder Even time just freezes till the end [Verse 2] Further down the trail beside the water Spotted you just walking on your own Then you dropped your camera on the gravel Looking down, you frowned and let out a groan Seeing how you looked so lost and helpless ’Fore I knew, I snapped a shot of you Then you turned around with brows all furrowed "Did you really take a picture, too?!" [Pre-Chorus] ’Fore I knew it, I snapped another picture Said "I'm sorry," handed you the screen Taking a deep breath, you checked the camera Then you broke into a laugh so bright and clean [Chorus] "Look at both my faces, they look ridiculous!" If you can forgive me, here’s a deal for two— Let me take you with my favorite camera To the best view that I ever knew With a serious look, you gave a nod then Said "I know a spot," and took the lead [Verse 3] "Don't you dare take funny photos of me!" Saying that, a smile broke on your face Looking so bright, I clicked the shutter Did you forget why you were mad in this place? Said you came alone on a photo journey Walking all around the lake so wide Taking turns and sharing out our cameras I was captivated by the view on your side [Bridge] Swaying on the wooden dock so rustic Snapping pics of birds along the shore Looking back at pictures that we captured Vibrant colors wrap us more and more [Final Chorus] Standing on the overlook, the ridge line "Will we come back here again?" you sighed "Planning to be back here by next spring time," Was the promise that I made inside [Outro] Checking photos on the drive back home now Sent a text to save our promise tight La la la・・・
