Best Friend, Best Mess

[Verse 1] Anya shows up at my door Nails on point Colors loud Laughing in her busted Converse Owns the room Owns the crowd Pretty draws in her notebook Hearts and stars on every page We’re a mess but we’re magic Turning boredom into stage [Chorus] Anya You’re my best friend My bad idea twin till the end From doodles on our jeans To secrets in the dark Yeah Anya You’re my best friend You’re the chaos in my heart You’re the spark You’re the spark (hey!) [Verse 2] We talk trash ‘bout our crushes Then hype each other up again Sharing hoodies Sharing headphones Sharing every tiny win If the world acts kinda heavy We just dance it off instead Smudged mascara in the bathroom Crown of glitter on your head (oh yeah) [Chorus] Anya You’re my best friend My bad idea twin till the end From doodles on our jeans To secrets in the dark Yeah Anya You’re my best friend You’re the chaos in my heart You’re the spark You’re the spark [Bridge] When it all feels too much You’re the one I call Laughing till we cry On my bedroom floor We don’t have it figured out But we’ve got this Hand in hand If I’m lost I just remember You and me Our stupid plans [Chorus] Anya You’re my best friend My bad idea twin till the end From doodles on our jeans To secrets in the dark Yeah Anya You’re my best friend You’re the chaos in my heart You’re the spark You’re the spark (hey!) You’re my best friend Yeah You’re my best friend
