What Page Are We On - final version

[Spoken Intro] Hi everyone, please sit down, welcome to the show. Get into your groups, your voices. Does everybody know? [Chorus] Of our town so fine, where the lights always shine. We'll sing a tune for everyone and show we're truly prime. [Spoken Interlude] Stop! I heard it clearly, there was a mistake. It was the altos, they made the mistake. It was us. Sorry, we'll get it right and move on. I don't get it. I didn't hear a mistake. I'm confused. Tell me what page are we on? Okay, let's pause. We need to sort this out. It's not about the blame, it's about the notes and routes. [Musical Interlude] Altos, you were sharp. Tenors, catch the cue. Bases, check your music, let's make it through. [Chorus] Of our town so fine, where the lights always shine. We'll sing a tune for everyone and show we're truly prime. [Spoken Interlude] Stop! I heard it clearly, there was a mistake. Oh, sorry, let's correct. No blame, just check. We'll fix it right now, let's get on track. Okay, I see. I can hear the mistake. Page 48. Let's all get on the same page. [Verse] In this grand old town where the pride runs deep, We'll sing our hearts out, our joy we'll keep. [Bridge] From the skyline bright to the streets we roam, We're proud of our city, it's where we call home. [Spoken Interlude] Please take note, membership fees have increased. So let's make sure we get this right and sing with ease. In this grand old musical, let's all sing and cheer, every note will be clear. From the first page to the last, we'll make this rehearsal a blast. Let's get it right at last. [Chorus] No more blame, just the game. Every note is in our name. In this grand old show, we'll steal the scene with every note and dream. And in this rehearsal hall, we'll make it through, giving our all. With every note in its place, we'll find our grace and finish this race! [Outro] (Race!)
