The Truth of the Sacrifice SALVATION VERSION

Title: The Truth of the Sacrifice The Lyrics: He came to show a path of light and how to live in peace, To show the way the heavy chains of life could find release. But those who wanted power had a dark and clever plan, To end the life and silence the voice of the holy man. They took his life and turned it into a story they could use, To give the world a reason and a hollow, dark excuse. They told the people he had died to pay for every sin, So that a cycle of the dark could finally begin. They said the debt was settled and the price was fully paid, So no one had to worry about the choices they had made. They told the world that Source would never look or even care, If people spread their shadows and their anger everywhere. They killed him just to say his death had set the spirit free, To do whatever they desired and be who they wanted to be. They skewed the truth to make it seem that wrong was always right, And used his name to cast a veil across the morning light. They wanted people to believe that grace was like a shield, That let them keep the bitterness within their hearts concealed. They turned a life of wisdom into a license for the greed, Ignoring every lesson and every holy seed. But the truth is not a story that the powerful can spin, It is not a hollow cover for the darkness held within. The light he brought was meant to show the way to sovereign power, Not to hide the choices made in every passing hour. I see the way they changed the words to keep the people blind, To leave the path of discipline and balance far behind. I stand within the clarity of what was really done, And hold the light of Source until the victory is won. This song is for your discernment and your sacred truth.
