MACROPINNA — Liner Notes 深海には、まだ人間の感覚では捉えきれない世界がある。 「MACROPINNA」は、そんな深海に生きるデメニギスの異様な姿から発想した作品です。 透明な頭部。 その内側で光を探す、緑色の眼。 ほとんど光の届かない場所で、静かに漂いながら周囲を捉える感覚。 この曲では、その生態をそのまま描写するのではなく、**「深海にいるとき、音はどう聴こえるのか」**という発想から音を組み立てました。 低く沈んだ空間。 水圧のような奥行き。 遠くから届く微細な音。 輪郭が溶けながらも、突然こちらを向くような音像。 静かなのに、何も起きていないわけではない。 むしろ、聴こえないものの中に動きがある。 「MACROPINNA」は、深海をテーマにした曲というより、深海という環境そのものを音響空間として作る試みです。 暗闇の中で、何かがこちらを見ている。 その感覚だけを残して、音はさらに深く沈んでいきます。 [0:00–0:35 — SURFACE] [Dry vocal, warm Rhodes, dusty breakbeat.] [Stable groove with tiny retro-chip anomalies.] I kept going down where the light could no longer follow me [0:35–1:20 — PRESSURE] [Chip bleeps and razor cyber tones begin ignoring the groove.] [Chopped consonants become percussion.] [Displaced glitches, 3:4 and 5:4 polyrhythmic fragments.] [Attack and sustain separate unnaturally.] [1:20–2:05 — ABYSS] [Original groove starts breaking apart.] [Independent rhythmic cycles collide.] [Kick, Rhodes, vocals and electronics stop sharing the same grid.] [Beat 1 becomes ambiguous.] [Do not quantize the anomalies.] [2:05–2:50 — IMPOSSIBLE WORLD] [The errors begin repeating.] [Previously “wrong” rhythms gradually form a new pulse.] [Chip, cyber tones and vocal fragments lock into the emerging groove.] [Strange, beautiful deep-sea atmosphere.] I saw colors that had never touched the surface [2:50–3:25 — PHONEME] [New groove fully replaces the original.] [Human vocals disintegrate into phonemes.] I— called— out— [Phonemes become clicks, percussion and sustained tones.] [Extreme micro-chopping and envelope manipulation.] [3:25–3:42 — NO RETURN] [Only the evolved groove remains.] [Human elements disappear.] [One final sustained vowel.] ah—— [Hard cut at exactly 3:42.]
