THE VEIL IS GONE Once a year. One man entered. Behind the veil. Carrying blood. The people waited. Outside the presence. A shadow speaking. Of what would come. Two goats stood. Before the Lord. One blood was shed. One carried away. Sin remembered. Year after year. The altar calling. For something greater. The veil remained. The way concealed. The shadow whispered. It isn’t finished yet. Then came the Son. The promised one. No blood of goats. No endless sacrifice. Once for all. Once for all. The shadow met The substance. THE VEIL IS GONE. THE WAY IS OPEN. DRAW NEAR. DRAW NEAR. NO MORE WAITING OUTSIDE THE PRESENCE. DRAW NEAR. DRAW NEAR. THE SHADOW PASSED. THE SUBSTANCE CAME. THE OLD GREW OLD. THE NEW REMAINS. GOD WITH HIS PEOPLE. HIS PEOPLE WITH GOD. THE VEIL IS GONE. THE VEIL IS GONE. The priest stood daily. Again and again. But Christ sat down. The work was done. One sacrifice. One living way. A better covenant. A better day. Jerusalem stood. The temple remained. But something old Was passing away. Ready to vanish. Ready to fall. Then stone by stone The old order fell. AD SEVENTY. THE TEMPLE FELL. THE SHADOW’S HOUSE PASSED AWAY. NO EARTHLY ALTAR. NO LEVITICAL PRIEST. NO MORE BLOOD BEHIND THE VEIL. The sign was gone. The substance remained. ONCE FOR ALL. ONCE FOR ALL. THE VEIL IS GONE. ONCE FOR ALL. ONCE FOR ALL. THE WAY IS OPEN. NO MORE SHADOW. NO MORE DISTANCE. DRAW NEAR. DRAW NEAR. GOD IS WITH US. DRAW NEAR. Then John looked. And what did he see? A city descending. A people made new. No temple within it. No curtain between them. No priest standing Between God and man. The dwelling of God Was now with His people. The journey was finished. The picture complete. From separation To reconciliation. From distance To communion. From shadow To substance. From temple To people. Can you see it? Leviticus showed it. Hebrews explained it. Jerusalem confirmed it. Revelation revealed it. THE SHADOW. THE SACRIFICE. THE VANISHING AGE. THE NEW JERUSALEM. God dwelling With His people. Not someday. Not another age. Not another temple. Not another sacrifice. The way Has been opened. THE VEIL IS GONE. THE WAY IS OPEN. DRAW NEAR. DRAW NEAR. NO MORE STANDING OUTSIDE THE PRESENCE. DRAW NEAR. DRAW NEAR. THE SHADOW PASSED. THE SUBSTANCE CAME. THE OLD PASSED AWAY. THE NEW REMAINS. NO MORE GOATS. NO MORE BLOOD. NO MORE VEIL. NO MORE DISTANCE. GOD WITH HIS PEOPLE. HIS PEOPLE WITH GOD. THE VEIL IS GONE. THE VEIL IS GONE. Once a year… Became once for all. Behind the veil… Became a living way. An earthly temple… Became a people. And distance… Became dwelling. The shadow is past. The substance is here. DRAW NEAR. THE VEIL… IS GONE.
