Just need a quick Song for our Event at Midsummer in Norway. Surprisingly it went better and quicker than expected. I published it, because i like easy listening Songs. Up on the hill where the shadows play A wooden tower reached for the day Midsummer skies They burned so bright The flames arose and kissed the night Oh let it burn Let it light the sky A fiery dance that won’t say goodbye The sparks they fly The embers glow A tower’s blaze A midsummer show Laughter echoes The crowd draws near The crackling wood is music to hear In Norway's heart The spirits soar A tale of fire Forevermore Oh let it burn Let it light the sky A fiery dance that won’t say goodbye The sparks they fly The embers glow A tower’s blaze A midsummer show The flames they rise like a phoenix call A beacon bright for one and all The heat it roars The night turns gold A story shared A memory bold Oh let it burn Let it light the sky A fiery dance that won’t say goodbye The sparks they fly The embers glow A tower’s blaze A midsummer show
