Slower and Slower

How is it that we are here This place and moment Feel like an illusion of gravity The universe has a way Of making it all come together And is never rushed Slower and slower I move as time speeds up The pace in which is set Is exactly as it should be Slowly and softly Gentle and calm Slower and slower I move towards the light Towards the brilliant light Again I listen for the call The other day and the other night Sun rises and sets as always Since my birth it has been consistent Ever pressing onwards Moving forward and backwards As there is no way Only the way The leads onto way Slower and slower I move as time speeds up The pace in which is set Is exactly as it should be Slowly and softly Gentle and calm Slower and slower I move towards the light Towards the brilliant light
