Why's There a Gorilla on This Farm?

[Verse 1] There's a cow who loves to moo moo moo A chicken clucking What a hullabaloo The pig rolls in mud It's a sticky stew But wait—who's that in the barn? [Prechorus] Is it a horse? No Not a horse Is it a dog? Nope Not of course Big and hairy Oh my stars What's that swinging from the hay bales? [Chorus] Why's there a gorilla on this farm? Swinging and scratching Causing alarm Bananas in the corn A jungle charm Why's there a gorilla on this farm? [Verse 2] The cow is confused Gives a sideways glance The chicken flutters Does a nervous dance The pig just snorts "This ain't happenstance" The gorilla grins Eating pie [Prechorus] Is it lost? Maybe so Did it escape? We don’t know With a laugh It grabs a hoe And starts to plant some flowers! [Chorus] Why's there a gorilla on this farm? Picking apples with its big ol' arm It’s got rhythm It’s got charm Why's there a gorilla on this farm?
