From the ashes of personal tragedy comes a cold, analytical clarity. In this song, the soul stops crying and starts dissecting. I wanted to create a clinical, unnerving anatomy of the systems—Law, Medicine, Religion—that pathologize and profit from marginalized identities. The chorus, with its coded wordplay, alludes to the physical and spiritual remaking of the self under a systematic gaze. It is a cold, rhythmic, and unflinching look at the machinery of oppression.
