I was grown before I knew he wasn't talking about something with four legs. [Refrain] What falls is ready what stays has yet to learn I didn't make the order I only take my turn [Verse 3] The light is moving off the way light does now I set the blade down where the blade belongs there's something in the quiet after working that's older than whatever right or wrong I don't ask the stone to know the edge I don't ask the season why it turns some things get finished out here in the clearing the way a fire knows its work is done [Refrain] What falls is ready what stays has yet to learn I didn't make the order I only take my turn [Outro] The morning's gone somewhere. I've got more to do. This song is part of a project called “The Evidence Field.” You can find the playlist here: https://suno.com/playlist/d1ec31a7-8155-4592-82f0-3e108271f63a
