George Strait special - Judge Me in Your Righteousness - featuring miley cyrus

[Verse 1] Oh Lord I come before you With nowhere left to hide You know the deepest secrets That I carry here inside [Pre-Chorus] Examine me, my Father Let your truth illuminate my soul In the shelter of your presence You are making my heart whole Vindicate me, oh Lord My God For I have walked in my integrity I have trusted in the Lord And I shall not slip beneath the waves [Chorus] Examine me, oh Lord And prove me Try my mind and search my heart Your loving kindness Stands before me Your truth has guided me from the start When the road is rough beneath me When the world would lead me astray I will hold onto your promise I will follow in your way [Verse 2] Examine me, oh Lord Search every corner of my heart Let your righteousness surround me Let your truth become my stone I will walk within your goodness I will praise you all my day [Chorus] I have not sat with a Nowhere lively way It will never live the doers And will not sit with the wicked I will wash my hands in innocence And go about your altar, Lord That I may proclaim with thanksgiving And tell along your wondrous works I don't want the world's approval If it leads me far from you I would rather walk in silence Then forget what I know is true Examine me, oh Lord Search every corner of my heart Let your righteousness surround me Let your truth become my stone I will walk within your goodness I will praise you all my day
