[Verse] Oh, there's a man named Ray who won't confess His birthday's a mystery, he’s keepin' us all guessin' But that ain't the only trick tucked up his sleeve In his bathtub, a dolphin, you wouldn't believe! [Verse 2] Ray's got a secret, right under his nose A splashin', laughin' friend, who everyone knows But try to pin him down on his own special day You'd get nothin' but a wink, 'cause that's Ray's way [Chorus] Ray, oh Ray, you've got a secret to keep With a dolphin in your tub and your birthday discreet You're a puzzle to us all, a riddle so deep Ray, oh Ray, what a life you lead! [Verse 3] Folks try to ask him when he cuts his cake But Ray just smiles, says it's for his dolphin’s sake He's a man of mystery, wrapped up in charm With a splash of intrigue, and two fins on the arm [Bridge] Sometimes at night, through the bathroom door You hear a splash and giggle, nothing more Ray hums a tune, the dolphin plays along Two old pals in a bathtub song [Verse 4] He's got a heart of gold and a twinkle in his eye With a secret combination that makes us all sigh For Ray and his dolphin, they live life as one In a world of bubbles, and perpetual fun
