[WALK IN THE LIGHT] [VERSE 1] This is the message We've heard and now proclaim God is light And there's no darkness in His name If we say we walk with Him While darkness marks our way We're not living in the truth No matter what we claim [PRE-CHORUS] But when we walk within the light As He Himself is light We have fellowship together And Jesus makes us right [CHORUS] Walk in the light Walk in the light No more darkness No more hiding tonight Walk in the light Where everything's right The blood of Jesus cleanses us So step out Step in Let the truth begin No more hiding Bring it all to Him God is light God is light So walk Walk in the light [VERSE 2] If we say we have no sin We're only self-deceived And the truth He has revealed Is not the truth we choose to believe But when we confess our sins He's faithful and He's just Forgiving every sin And cleansing all of us If we say we haven't sinned We make a liar out of Him And His Word has found no home Within the life we're living in [PRE-CHORUS] So we don't hide our brokenness Or claim that we are right We bring our sin before the One Who calls us to the light [CHORUS] Walk in the light Walk in the light No more darkness No more hiding tonight Walk in the light Where everything's right The blood of Jesus cleanses us So step out Step in Let the truth begin No more hiding Bring it all to Him God is light God is light So walk Walk in the light [BRIDGE] God is light No darkness in Him We have sinned So we confess it He is faithful He is just He forgives He cleanses us God is light So this is where we live Not hiding our sin But confessing it to Him [FINAL CHORUS] Walk in the light Walk in the light No more darkness No more hiding tonight Walk in the light Where everything's right The blood of Jesus cleanses us So step out Step in Let the truth begin No more hiding Bring it all to Him God is light God is light So walk Walk in the light [OUTRO] If we confess He is faithful If we confess He is just He will forgive He will cleanse us So step out Step in Let the truth begin Walk in the light
