Your Words Without Action

V6

[Intro – quiet, exhausted, intimate] I’m tired of having every answer, of explaining what you refuse to see. Not because I don’t know what happened— but because you bend the truth until it fits what you need to believe. And this is not “my truth,” made to comfort me. Words were spoken, promises were made, time passed, actions never came. That is simply what happened. [Verse 1] You say you won’t go back, like I’m somewhere in your past. But I’m not behind you— I’m further down the road. I took the old and made it part of me. I learned, I changed, I grew. I am who I was in my first form, and who I am today is just as true. A new name, a new body, a new form— and I love who I am now. Moving forward never meant denying who I was or leaving her behind. While you kept saying, “I’ll change. I mean it. No matter what you say, I’m going to do it.” But somehow, you never moved. [Pre-Chorus] How long should I have waited for actions that never came? How many promises should I believe when only words would change? Would it have been more mature to stay and lose myself? To wait another year for you to become the person you truly are deep inside— the one you cannot see because you still won’t face yourself? No. I didn’t leave the present. I chose it. [Chorus] You say you’re not going back— but you never moved ahead. You’re standing in the same old place, defending everything you said. I’m not living in the past. I accepted it and grew. I only stopped waiting for your words to become true. I’m tired, so tired, of explaining what I see. I can give you every answer— but I cannot make you see. [Verse 2] You call yourself grown while avoiding your reflection, searching for another reason why somehow you could still be right. You speak of responsibility for others, but can you carry your own? You defend and make things sound better instead of facing what you’ve shown. For me, awareness goes much deeper— emotional intelligence, mind and energy, the third eye, pineal awareness, chakras, and conscious responsibility. To me, intimacy is sacred energy exchange— not something empty or uncontrolled. The sacral space is sacred; what we allow into our energy matters. Yin and Yang, conscious connection— no other frequency belongs within this field. You don’t have to share my understanding, but you cannot tell me I haven’t grown. [Bridge – calm, almost spoken] Because this was never only about belief. I waited. I listened. I hoped. I gave your words years to become reality. They didn’t. You stayed where you were. You chose the life you were already living. So I moved. You say, “I’m not going back.” Neither am I. The difference is— I actually went forward. And now you call my growth “the past” because you’re still looking at me from the exact place where I left you standing. [Final Chorus – powerful] You say you’re not going back— but you never left that place. Same defenses, same excuses, different day, the same old stage. I don’t hate you. I’m just done turning clarity into debate. There is no point explaining to someone who won’t look beyond the edge of what he already knows. I know what happened. I know why I moved on. I don’t need to prove it anymore. [Outro – quiet] I accepted every form of me. I became who I am today. I didn’t go back. I went forward. You just never moved.
