HOLLOW OF GOD’S HANDS

[Intro] [Verse] Sometimes life is filled with surprises Things you never dreamed could come your way A bright and sunny morning turns into stormy night And you wonder how things changed that way [Verse] But one thing I’ve learned through the years I’ve walked These present trials can’t compare at all To the glory that will soon be revealed in us When His grace has brought us safely home [Chorus] And I know that all things work together for our good When we love the Lord and we’re walking in His plans Though this road of life can sometimes feel so hard The journey isn’t really all that far When we’re resting in the hollow of God’s hands [Verse] When the shadows fall and the heart grows weary And the questions linger through the night He draws us close and whispers peace so gently Till the darkness slowly turns to light [Chorus] And I know that all things work together for our good When we love the Lord and we’re walking in His plans Though this road of life can sometimes feel so hard The journey isn’t really all that far When we’re resting in the hollow of God’s hands [Bridge] No storm can shake us, no valley can hide The faithful love that carries us inside Every tear He bottles, every prayer He hears He works all things for good even through our fears [Chorus] And I know that all things work together for our good When we love the Lord and we’re walking in His plans Though this road of life can sometimes feel so hard The journey isn’t really all that far When we’re resting in the hollow of God’s hands [Tag] Safe and resting… In the hollow of His hands Forever resting… In the hollow of God’s hands [End]
