Close your eyes now, little one The day is done, the day is done The stars are waking one by one Close your eyes now, little one You don't have to be brave tonight You don't have to hold on tight Let the world spin without you for a while Dream your dreams and let yourself smile Close your eyes now, little soul You are loved, you are whole Nothing's broken that can't be mended Nothing's over, only suspended The moon is watching over you The way I always promised to So lay your worries down to rest You are safe, you are blessed Close your eyes now, drift away Tomorrow is another day But right now there's nothing you need to do Just sleep, little one I've got you Close your eyes now, little one The day is done, the day is done The stars are singing just for you Close your eyes... I love you
