Mother's poem God's mighty hand
The Touch of God's Hand (Verse 1) Softly beams dawns early light, a new day is breaking. Birds twitter and chirp, flowers are unfolding, the whole world is awakening. Dew drops sparkle by the radiant beams of the rising sun. A new and wonderful day has just begun. (Chorus) Oh!, the distant! fields of golden! grain!, Lend forth the beauty of the land. All this beauty was made By! the touch!of God's!! mighty! hand!!. (Verse 2) We are camped at a mountain top, there's beauty everywhere. Our hearts with rapture fill, we forget every care. As we look down into the valleys descending far away, Earnest thoughts fill our souls, and they are there to stay. (Chorus) Oh, the distant fields of golden grain, Lend forth the beauty of the land. All this beauty was made By the touch!! of God's ! mighty hand.!! (Bridge) Here in the mountain, is where little streamers of silvery waters flow. Here's where among tall trees, the summer's clean, cool breezes blow. Could there be anything more divine? Than the mountain top in the summertime. (Verse 3) And as it comes evening tide, the day has passed. Oh! How we wished this day could forever last. Over the hill top comes the silvery moon's softer gleam, It's as though all nature was bursting at her seams! (Chorus) Oh,! the distant fields of golden! grain, Lend forth the beauty of the land. All this beauty was made By! the touch! of God's ! mighty! h and.!(Outro) In the distance, planets orbit through the sky, Our thoughts turn to God whom rules on high. Our God who rules up there on High, Rules both the Earth and sky. By the touch of God's mighty hand.
