I am Safe Within

I am safe Safe within my body Within my mind Within my being The blood flows strongly The heart is filled with love Light energy Pulses through it Filling and emptying A vortex of life Electric currents run Through the web of my body Nerves conducting A symphony of music Of safety and direction Showing the body The way within the way Within the way to the Most beautiful way Nerves and synapses fire Sending warm pulses Of radiant energy Life giving I am safe Safe within my body Within my mind Within my being The blood flows strongly The heart is filled with love Light energy Pulses through it Filling and emptying A vortex of life Muscles and fascia listen To the love messages They bend at will and then soften Length and contraction Over and over again Grateful to their clear messages To keep them safe Safe and strong Safe and soft Held with intention Within the container of the body I am safe Safe within my body Within my mind Within my being The blood flows strongly The heart is filled with love Light energy Pulses through it Filling and emptying A vortex of life
