[Verse] A llama in a top hat struts through town His hooves tap a beat on the cobblestone ground He’s got a monocle and a sly little grin Everyone’s watching but he don’t let them in [Chorus] Oh the llama’s parade it’s a wild charade Confetti and chaos no plans were made With a wiggle and a waggle he leads the brigade Oh the llama’s parade it’ll never fade [Verse 2] A goose joins in with a trumpet that squawks A raccoon juggles marbles on the sidewalks A kangaroo hops with a tambourine sway It’s a carnival twist in the middle of the day [Prechorus] And they march to the rhythm of their own strange tune Under the sun and a winking cartoon moon [Chorus] Oh the llama’s parade it’s a wild charade Confetti and chaos no plans were made With a wiggle and a waggle he leads the brigade Oh the llama’s parade it’ll never fade [Bridge] Does it mean something or is it all absurd A llama in a top hat feels like a word A word I can’t spell but it’s stuck in my mind The parade keeps moving leaving sense behind
