[Verse 1] I am a child of God Forgiven and free By faith I believe I’m called out to be Forgiven of sin by Jesus’ precious blood I’m righteous and holy and so dearly loved [Chorus] Solid foundation I have a solid foundation When the world is falling apart The LORD is my refuge My rock and salvation I refuse to lose heart I am who He says I am [Verse 2] Not what my past says Not what fear screams Your Word is the mirror rewriting my dreams Adopted and anchored Forever secure Your mercy My story Unshakably sure [Bridge] When the waves rise high I will stand Every promise You’ve spoken is holding my hand When the ground gives way Still Your truth Still remains I am His I am His And that will not change [Chorus] [outro] I am His And that will not change
