If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, and talks like a duck… … …it still can’t rap like me.” ——————————— EXPLAINING THE DISSES ⬇️ ——————————— The animal is called The Common Loon, but our friend here needed to feel special so he made himself to be uncommon. So, I figured I’d flip that into him being of special needs lol Change is merely currency as he’s incapable of it 🤭 and I’m the one at the pharmacy giving out the refills that won’t make him normal anyway. Furthermore: quacking by definition is someone who pretends to have skill. Scrooge McDuck (animated duck) is someone who is very rich and collects every last coin! A “buck” is slang for a Canadian dollar, which so happens to have a loon on it. “I got bills to collect” is a double for the bills (beaks) on ducks and the bills McDuck would collect. This part was a money scheme. I make reference to the lake where loon’s live being a “puddle” because his habitat is getting smaller. “Decipher” / “the cypher” is a homophone. He can’t keep up so he’s gonna be a lifer trying and a lifer at the nut house, because he’s a loon-atic haha and because he’s a looney he can’t say much about me that will land. He’s off his rocker. This part should be self-explanatory: “I make my quill outta duck feather... The pointy part I stick is made outta skin leather.” This also starts a new scheme of hunting, trapping, and cooking duck for dinner. The most complex part comes here: “What can I say, it's the pecking order! In this food chain, I simply do it bolder! (that’s a triple)” “Pecking” order by definition is a hierarchy of status. It’s also a homophone for Peking, as in the duck recipe, and “packing” as in to-go boxes at a restaurant. This then ties in to “food chain” as a double of both a restaurant chain and the tier grouping of the animal kingdom.
