[Intro] To Our Lord Jesus Christ King of Kings, we sing All praise and glory to Him Let the big band ring [Verse 1] Happy birthday, Lord Jesus In a manger so small With Our Blessed Mother watching Saint Joseph standing tall Trumpets dance like the angels Saxes sway and sigh We’re swinging with all the saints Under Bethlehem sky [Chorus] King of Kings swing, let the bells all ring All praise and glory to Him we sing (hey!) With Our Blessed Mother, Saint Joseph by His side We celebrate His birthday In a joyful stride King of Kings swing, every heart take wing With the saints and angels, let the rafters ring [Verse 2] From the pews to the ceiling Clapping hands in time Heaven’s choir is a-shouting On that holy rhyme Gabriel blows that trumpet Heaven’s ballroom floor Every halo’s a spotlight Calling, “Love Him more!” [Chorus] King of Kings swing, let the bells all ring All praise and glory to Him we sing (hey!) With Our Blessed Mother, Saint Joseph by His side We celebrate His birthday In a joyful stride King of Kings swing, every heart take wing With the saints and angels, let the rafters ring [Bridge] The wise men brought the treasures, but the greatest gift is here The rhythm of salvation, wiping away all fear A stand-up bass is thumpin', keeping that righteous beat For the Word made flesh among us, making the joy complete So cut a rug for heaven, let the trombones slide and shout 'Cause the Savior of the world is what this swing is all about! [Verse 3] Down to the altar we gather Every soul in the place To feel the grace and mercy The past fulfilled right on His Birthday The drums hit hard like a heartbeat Keeping the faith alive He came to be our champion For all who truly strive [Outro] So here’s to Jesus our Savior On His birthday bright All praise and glory to Him In the swing of the night With the saints and the angels We forever sing To Our Lord Jesus Christ Our birthday King of Kings ©2025 By Matthew E Treviño
