🎶 INIQUITY Yeah… I walked that road… the one you don’t brag about. Thought I was free… but I was just chained deeper. Iniquity… feels like power till it eats you alive. I used to brag I could do anything, Paul said the same, but he warned about the sting. Yeah, I had rights… but no discipline, And every “yes” I gave to sin just pulled me in. Before that day in ’01, I was lawless, Heart ice-cold, fists up, mind thoughtless. Every line I crossed felt like a win, Till the bill came due, and it charged me with sin. I lived the life of a man unbound, Did every dark thing that prowls underground. Freedom? Nah… that was marketing lies, I was walking dead with open eyes. But mercy caught me when I should’ve drowned, Pulled me out the fire, flipped my whole world around. I buried that old me deep in the water, Came up clean, washed like a son, not a slaughtered. I don’t walk in iniquity, no more chains on me. Death tried claiming me, but the flood set me free. I lived that life, I know that shame, Iniquity ain’t pleasure, it’s prophecy in flames. Never again, never knowingly, I don’t touch what used to own me. Most don’t know what real freedom be… It’s living clean, inside YaHUaH’s decree. See, they think His law restricts the soul, But that fence is safety, it keeps you whole. I lived outside it, wild, unled, And every “pleasure” I chased just painted me dead. Truth? If you ain’t drowned the old you, you don’t get it. If you ain’t left the pit, you can’t regret it. And most will never taste that freedom call… ’Cause sin looks sweet till the day you fall. But I walked out, no turning back, Burned that bridge, torched every track. Now I breathe clean air I never knew… Life under His law? That’s freedom true. Iniquity… is prophecy fulfilled, a shame that writes itself in the lives of men who think they’re free while wearing chains they forged. But I broke mine. And I’ll die clean. I buried him… and he’s staying buried. That’s freedom.
