春の花の曲、第四弾を公開します。 今回はたんぽぽと風がテーマです。人生とはなかなか順風満帆にはいかないもの。ある日、思い描いていた未来の地図が、突如吹き荒れた旋風（つむじかぜ）に奪い去られてしまったら？ そんな時、ふと立ち止まりながらも、絶望するのではなく、それを運命ごと「スケルツォ（冗談）」として楽しんでしまえばいい、という歌です。 交響曲において「スケルツォ（Scherzo）」は、イタリア語で「冗談」「悪ふざけ」を意味する音楽用語で、ハイドンが楽章としてスケルツォの名を用いたことが起源で、ベートーヴェンがソナタや交響曲などで、メヌエットに代わる様式(より快活な動きとリズムをめざした)ものとして使用するようになったことで定着したようです。特徴としては、急速な3拍子の中で、予期せぬリズムの変化や強弱をいれることが多いようです。 とはいえ、実際にプロンプトでどこまでこのリズムを表現できるか自信がなかったので、せめて歌詞はドラマとしてしっかり作って、曲はスケルツォの雰囲気だけでも出せるように和楽器を入れて、和ロックのスタイルにしてみました。結果的に初の和ロック作品になりました。 今回はずっとしっくりこなくて、繰り返し最初に戻って作り直したので、これは今の自分のベストなのかなと思います。 The fourth installment in my spring flower song series. This time, the theme revolves around the dandelion and the wind. Life is rarely just smooth sailing. What if, one day, the map of the future you had so carefully drawn is suddenly swept away by a howling whirlwind? This is a song about those moments—even if you pause in your tracks, rather than falling into despair, you should just embrace that twist of fate and enjoy it as a "Scherzo" (a joke). I wrote the lyrics from the perspective of a dandelion. In classical symphonies, "Scherzo" is an Italian musical term meaning "joke" or "prank." It originated when Joseph Haydn used the name for a movement, and it became an established form when Beethoven began using it in his sonatas and symphonies to replace the minuet, aiming for a much livelier tempo and rhythm. It is typically characterized by a fast 3/4 time signature filled with unexpected rhythmic shifts and dynamic contrasts. That being said, I wasn't entirely confident about how faithfully I could reproduce this specific rhythm using AI prompts. Therefore, I focused on crafting a strong narrative drama within the lyrics. To capture the chaotic and playful vibe of a Scherzo musically, I incorporated traditional Japanese instruments, shaping it into a Japanese Rock style. As a result, this turned out to be my very first Wagakki Rock (Traditional Japanese Rock) track. I struggled with this piece for a while, repeatedly scrapping it and starting over from scratch until it finally felt right.
