[Intro — spoken, calm female voice, spacious, slow] The Solar Plexus Chakra, with the fire element, governs our personal power, confidence, self-esteem, and transformation. [Verse 1 — soft, meditative vocals] Breathe in slowly through your nose Feel the cool air in your throat Breathe into your belly slowly Let your stomach expand gently. Breathe out slower through your mouth Let your shoulders loosen now Letting go of days of worry… Nowhere to go, nowhere to hurry. Bring your awareness to your upper centre Feel the warmth there gather and linger A whirlpool of strength circling and rise, It’s where your personal power resides. [Pre-chorus] Release self-doubt, let it gently fade out Release hesitation, let breath flow in soft rotation Trust your inner voice, it always makes the right choice. Then say this out loud!!! [Chorus — (rhythmic, hypnotic)] I am powerful! I trust my intention and clarity I am confident! I stand in quiet certainty I trust myself! I choose with calm awareness I know who I am! Rooted in truth and presence I am powerful!! I move steady and sure I have the strength To honor my soul To choose my path With intention and control To live my truth.. From alignment and knowing I’m more. I am, so powerful! [Verse 2 — soft, grounded, meditative vocals] Breathe in the healing energy surrounding your body, Breathe out pain and suffering you don’t need to carry. That’s how you’ll find the peace and harmony. That your mind needs to build a powerful unity. Now breathe in slowly, feel your inner centre Breathe out gently, welcome strength to enter When your soul aligned and your body is lighter Let your present moment gather… The greatest strength with each breath.. The confidence growing in your chest. [Pre-Chorus - building gently] Release the need to please everyone Release the fear of being misunderstood Trust your decisions Trust your direction You are allowed to choose what’s right for you. Take a breath… Feel your center… And say it again! [Chorus — rhythmic, stronger] I am powerful! I trust my intention and clarity I am confident! I stand in quiet certainty I trust myself! I choose with calm awareness I know who I am! Rooted in truth and presence I am powerful! I move steady and sure I have the strength To honor my soul To choose my path With intention and control To live my truth From alignment And knowing I’m more I am… so powerful! [Bridge — very slow, intimate] Breathe in… I trust myself Breathe out… I release doubt Breathe in… I choose with clarity Breathe out… I release hesitation I know what I need I know what I value I know what I choose I know who I am I stand in my power I trust my direction I honor my choices I believe in myself [Final Chorus — expansive, confident] I am powerful! I trust my intention and clarity I am confident! I stand in quiet certainty I trust myself! I choose with calm awareness I know who I am! Rooted in truth and presence I am powerful! I move steady and sure I have the strength To honor my soul I choose my path With intention and control I live my truth With confidence With clarity With purpose I am powerful! I am confident! I trust myself! I know who I am! [Outro — whispered, slowly fading] Breathe in… Feel your strength Breathe out… Trust yourself (Repeat again) I am centred I am powerful I am confident I am capable I am… Powerful.
