When God Drop Judgement V.3

(Intro – whispering over thunder and low bass) Yeah… Zephaniah in the cut, prophecy in the hood, Judgment comin’ quick, don’t get misunderstood… God don’t sleep, He see the deeds in the streets, From the palace to the alleys, the cycle repeats. --- (Verse 1 – dark tone) Yo, Zephaniah spoke when the nation was twisted, Every king corrupted, every prophet drifted, Judah in the mix, bowin’ down to Baal, Thinkin’ they untouchable, thinkin’ they prevail. But the LORD said, “Nah, I’m cleanin’ house, son,” “I’m searchin’ through the city till I find just one.” No mercy for the greedy, no shield for deceit, When the Lion roars judgment, no one compete. They worship stars, they bow to false gods, But forgot who split the sea and broke Pharaoh’s squads, From Jerusalem walls to the market stalls, They front like righteous, but they wicked in halls. So Zephaniah came with a vision that’s rough, Said, “Y’all about to learn when grace calls bluff.” The Day of the LORD, yeah, it’s near and it’s heavy, Fire in the sky, make the wicked unsteady. --- (Hook – chanting chorus) 🔥 The Day of the LORD, better bow, better pray, Ain’t no hideout when He clearin’ the way. 🔥 From the king on the throne to the thug in the street, When God drop judgment, no one can compete. 🔥 From the rich with the gold to the poor with none, All gon’ see light when the fire’s begun. 🔥 Zephaniah warned, don’t sleep on His call, ‘Cause when the trumpet blow, every pride gon’ fall. --- (Verse 2 – war drums kick in) He said, “Seek righteousness, seek humility, Maybe you’ll get mercy in that calamity.” The LORD ain’t flexin’ for the fame or the chatter, He cleanin’ out the world—only truth gon’ matter. Moab and Ammon, enemies of His plan, They mocked His people, but they fall by His hand. Nations tremble, islands quake in His voice, He give all a warning, but still they got a choice. Yo, Zeph saw the purging, the smoke, the flame, But he also saw redemption in the Name. A remnant rise up, pure lips, one tongue, A people reborn when the war is done. From scattered to gathered, they worship the King, No more lies in they mouths, peace they bring. He said, “Shout, daughter Zion, the LORD in your midst,” No fear, no shame, no more iron fist. --- (Hook – choir echoes behind) 🔥 The Day of the LORD, better bow, better pray, Ain’t no hideout when He clearin’ the way. --- (Bridge – deep and reflective) Yo, the LORD mighty, but He tender with His own, He turn the weepin’ into singin’, the broken to grown. Said He’ll gather the outcast, the ones left behind, Trade their shame for honor, healin’ the mind. No more fear in the city, no more chain, The LORD Himself reigns, mercy in the rain. Zephaniah saw it—through the smoke and war, A Holy King risin’, the hearts restored. From wrath to redemption, He flipped the script, Took a fallen nation, made the covenant grip. Every tongue confess, every knee go low, When the King of Zion let His glory show. He silence the enemy, end all the hate, What was once corrupt, He regenerate. So let the streets hear it, the block know His fame, The LORD Almighty still run this game. Yo, Zephaniah dropped it raw, no cap, A prophet in the trenches bringin’ holy rap. He said, “Don’t sleep on grace, don’t play with flame,” “‘Cause the LORD don’t forget when you curse His name.” From chaos to choir, from doom to dawn, The Day of the LORD bring a brand-new song. So we praise in the storm, we pray in the fight, From the darkness come justice, from the shadow comes light. --- (Outro – whispers fading in the wind) Yeah… Zephaniah, the prophet in the struggle, Taught us that judgment and mercy do juggle. Repent while breath still in yo’ chest, ‘Cause the LORD comin’ soon— And He don’t miss a test. 🔥 The Day of the LORD… 🔥 — Let the whole hood say Amen.
