It's better right now, to lay right down

[Female Vocalist] It's better right now, to lay right down, so you'd better figure out, if what's going on now is so important that really without a doubt, it would be better to do this instead, rather than going to bed. [Hook] Because, if you don't go to bed on time, there will be concrete disadvantages, alright? The most important thing you know, is that you offset your circadian rhythm (yo)! At least that happens if you for multiple days in a row, stay away too long from your bed (oh oh). So minimize the length of sequences alright, of days in a row where you lose the bed fight. But in addition to that, not sleeping in bed, worsens your ability to remember things (yep), as the processing that solidifies the memories in your brain alright, just happens when you're in the deep sleep state. Not being there just isn't great. Of course the obvious thing is also that, when waking up late, the next day the full power of your brain isn't so great. And, of course, if you sleep in for the next day to minimize the brain's tiredness state, then you actually mess up all the alarms. Because they're set for when you're still asleep, ah. And even if they're not messed up completely, all right, it's still quite bad to not win the sleeping fight. Because all the activities that you had planned, like meditation, tulpamancy, sport yea, will actually be stacked on top of each other, you see, no more space in the day for other seeds. Definitely, if you had some deep work sessions to think about all of the important questions, they might get drowned out by the routine. And even if you don't do the routine, then you're still missing out, on the benefits there. But of course, finally, we need to address all the advantages that we can actually press, out of staying up late, because it's actually great. Well, at least locally that is, as you get a huge chunk of time, and that can be quite helpful alright. And then usually, what happens is, is that I can really focus, no shit. And I don't miss any train of thought that I'm thinking about, which is really great yo. I can then often move to the end, which really helps to finish the productivity chant. And to tell the truth to you right now, it is actually hard for me to figure out, how can I push my thoughts to the end. Usually I stop before I am done. So getting a huge chunk of time to move on, is actually great. Because at this rate, I am thinking so much about it (great) that at a later date it would be easier to pick up again, because I put so much time and effort in. So sometimes it may be a good thing to do too, not to stop working and pushing through, until you are done. But you definitely need to move on, if you are doing this for multiple days because the circadian rhythm won't stay.
