VERSE 1 Woke up this morning with a whole lot of nothing on my mind, And honestly that's the best I felt in a very long time, No notifications buzzing from somebody needing stuff, No obligations to a person who ain't giving just as much, I deleted half my contacts, didn't lose a single thing, That should tell you everything about what those connections bring, People love to hold you close when you got something they can use, Minute you say no they act like somehow you the one who's rude, I just laugh it off, what else am I supposed to do, Getting mad about it only means they getting to me too, So I keep my face the same, no expression, nothing extra, Not your friend, not your enemy, I'm just not on your agenda, Took me years to get this comfortable with letting go, Used to hold on way too tight to people running from me though, Now I open up my hands and let whatever leave just leave, Best decision that I made was learning I don't gotta grieve. PRE-HOOK My business is my business, what you heard ain't what it is, If I didn't say it with my mouth then it was never his. HOOK Not my circus, not my problem, not my fight, Took my name out of the drama, feels so right, Everybody begging for a seat, I left the room, Do my thing in my own lane at my own groove, Call it what you want, I call it knowing when to dip, Not my circus, not my problem, I don't trip. VERSE 2 Somebody asked me why I move so quiet nowadays, I said 'cause every time I spoke it came back in the strangest ways, Twisted up and flipped around to fit somebody else's mouth, So I stopped giving words to people who don't know what they're about, Now I just observe, I let 'em talk, I let 'em spin, Watch 'em build a whole opinion off a story that's so thin, It would snap if you just breathed on it, but hey that's they concern, I got dinner on my stove and my own lessons still to learn, Life is way too short to spend it proving who you are, To a bunch of people who gon' forget you when you're far, So I move when I feel like it, stop when my body says so, Eat when I'm hungry, sleep when I'm tired, that's the motto, No alarms set by somebody else's expectations, No rushing to a finish I ain't even got the patience, For, so why would I pretend I care about the race, When the best part of my life is happening at my own pace. BRIDGE Sometimes I just drive with no direction and no music, Windows down and just the air, I swear it's therapeutic, Phone is off, nobody knows where I am and that's the beauty, Nothing pulling at my sleeve, no favors and no duty, Just me and the road and whatever God put ahead, No map, no GPS, just peace inside my head, And by the time I'm back I'm whole again, I'm full again, Ready for whatever comes but only on my terms, amen. OUTRO Let it breathe, let it go, I ain't holding onto nothing, If it's mine it's coming back, if not then it was bluffing. ┌───────────────────────────────┐ │ © 2026 PRECISION │ │ ALL RIGHTS RESERVED │ │ COPYRIGHTED WORK │ │ SUNO REUSE: FORBIDDEN │ └───────────────────────────────┘
