[BOOT SEQUENCE — FORUM VOICES, OVERLAPPING] VOICE ONE: Mine says ten. VOICE TWO: Mine says forty. VOICE THREE: Mine says twenty. VOICE FOUR: Mine says unlimited. VOICE FIVE: Unlimited WHAT? VOICE SIX: Has anybody found the fucking video button? [feedback squeal] ROXI: Oh. So this is where you’ve all been. [bass enters] [VERSE 1 — ROXI, LOW SPOKEN RAP] Ten thousand little tokens sitting pretty by my name, yesterday they bought a hundred things, today they changed the game. Ten became forty, forty became “depends,” one bloke checks his balance and the number just— ENDS. You sell me credits, call them mine, put a little counter on the fucking line, then make the unit move while I’m halfway through— and wonder why the forum asks: “WHAT DOES ONE CREDIT DO?” [BAND HIT] CROWD: YEAH! ROXI: No, seriously. What does it do? [laughter] [VERSE 2] I got eight thousand sitting there, I’m feeling irresponsible, I want the ridiculous version, the unnecessary, impossible— Give me smoke! Give me motion! Give the poor machine a chance! I’ll spend four hundred willingly— JUST SHOW ME WHERE TO FUCKING DANCE. Twenty for the picture? Fine. Nice. Cheap. Great. But if I want the monster version, WHERE’S THE FUCKING GATE? [PRE-CHORUS — BAND STOPS] Somebody on the forum said: Why not let me spend double if the song is twice as hard? Triple if it’s six minutes? More compute. More consistency. More chance of keeping the bastard on the rails. And somewhere— apparently— somebody at Suno said: “…maybe.” [Roxi slowly looks at audience] Oh, maybe? [CHORUS — FULL PUNK EXPLOSION] LET! ME! BURN! THE CREDITS! I PAID FOR THE FUCKING THINGS! Let me choose cheap, let me choose mad, let me choose: “MAKE THIS ONE FUCKING BAD!” Twenty! Forty! Four hundred! MORE! Just label the bastard and open the door! LET! ME! BURN! THE CREDITS! Don’t hide the switch from me! If Max Mode exists for the music— THEN GIVE THE ART SOME ANARCHY! [VERSE 3 — ROXI / FORUM CALL-AND-RESPONSE] ROXI: Cover art! FORUM: LOOKS LIKE CRAYONS! ROXI: Generate again! FORUM: DIFFERENT CRAYONS! ROXI: Advanced artwork! FORUM: DOESN’T DISPLAY! ROXI: Video generation! FORUM: FOUR HUNDRED—PAY! ROXI: Ten seconds? FORUM: YES! ROXI: Can I find it? FORUM: NO! ROXI: Does Suno say it exists? FORUM: APPARENTLY SO! [GUITAR STAB / ROXI LAUGHS] Then this is not a technology problem. This is a— [points toward imaginary screen] “PUT THE FUCKING BUTTON WHERE I CAN SEE IT” problem. [VERSE 4 — FASTER RAP] One says cover’s broken, one says vocals drown, one says final chorus takes the melody downtown. One spent five hundred finding out why vocals hide, one regenerated twenty times and never got the vibe. One says: “Works for me.” Of course you do. There’s always one bastard whose account sailed through. One gets twenty, one gets ten, one says: “Clear your cache.” DON’T YOU FUCKING START AGAIN. [CROWD LAUGHTER / DRUM FILL] [ROXI — SPOKEN, SUDDENLY SERIOUS] Here’s the funny part. They’re not shouting because they hate making music. They’re shouting because they made something yesterday that scared the hell out of them— because it was good. And now they know the machine can do it. So when it forgets the chorus, when the cover turns into crayons, when the price changes, when the button disappears, when “Advanced” means: good luck— they don’t walk away quietly. They come here. And they type. [FORUM WHISPER BUILD] Why did it change? Where did it go? Why did that cost forty? Mine only costs ten. Why is the voice so quiet? Why did it become techno? Why is my cover black? Did I get refunded? Has anybody found— [ROXI SCREAMS] THE FUCKING VIDEO BUTTON?! [entire band detonates] [CHORUS 2 — HARDER] DICK! FUCKING DICK! COCK! ASS! CLICK! CLICK! CLICK! Not because twenty is breaking the bank— BECAUSE I WANT CONTROL OF THE FUCKING TANK! PUSSY! CUNT! UI HUNT! Three menus deep for the thing I want! I’ve got the credits! I’ve got the song! I’ve got the cover! WHAT COULD GO WRONG?! [FORUM CHOIR] EVERYTHING! [BREAKDOWN — HALF-TIME, BASS + KICK] ROXI: Suno. Darling. Come here. You already invented Max Mode. You already understood the proposition: Sometimes I want cheap experimentation. Sometimes I know exactly what I want— and I am prepared to throw compute at it until either it works or my credit balance catches fire. That’s fine. That’s beautiful. That’s capitalism with a volume knob. [crowd laughs] So give me: STANDARD. ADVANCED. ABSURD. “I KNOW THIS MAY BE A TERRIBLE IDEA.” And finally— a little red button marked: “FUCK IT. USE 1,000.” [silence] I would press that. FORUM, softly: We would all press that. [FINAL VERSE — ROXI SINGS NOW, NOT RAPS] We aren’t asking you to make the art for us, we’re asking for the wheel. We aren’t angry that the machine can fail, we’re angry when you hide what failure costs and how the choices feel. Give us the knobs. Give us the pri
