Undone at the threshold, Memory-lines trembling quiet inside. A stillframe of who I was— Caught between the crosswinds of old and undefined. Silhouettes of versions I once carried like the old disguise… I pause in that hollow-room within, Listening for where I might begin again. I walked away from tendencies that kept circling my days, Unravelling the phrases I thought I had to obey. A hush between heartbeats—no omen, no pathway drawn, into days... hesitation in its place. hesitation in its place. I’m returning to myself, Even when I shake with every step I take. I’m returning to myself, ’m returning to myself, the older fears loosens the silhouettes of what I used to be— Finding space to breathe, Finding space to see, Finding space to be the version of myself I need. There were days I felt undone, caught in looping doubt, Trying to name the reasons I kept shutting everything out. But the threshold taught me slowly: you don’t rebuild overnight, You realign in small degrees, in fragments that feel right. Crosswinds tested every fragile plan I tried to form, But I learned a new direction isn’t meant to feel warm. It forms in contradiction, tension close and real— A kind of guidance only i can feel I’m returning to myself, Holding steady while the unknown calls my name. I’m returning to myself, Hesitation, shifting shape. I keep walking past the versions of what I used to be— Unsure, but free Clear enough to let truth reach me. Not every truth arrives in strength— Some truths lean in slowly, Quiet but holy, Filling the pieces where I thought I’d break. I stand in that space, I breathe in that space, I break, then remake myself in that space. Learning where i belong to I’m returning to myself, I’m returning to myself, Choosing forward even when the path divides. Through the ways I used to be— And i find the room … to just be. to just be. Undone and wake (Undone and wake....)
