[INTRO – DETUNED MUSIC BOX, DISTANT CIRCUS ORGAN] Tick-tock, tick-tock, the lights burn low, Come see the greatest freak show! One little smile, one little tear, Giggles the Clown is finally here! [EVIL WHISPER] Hee-hee-hee... Are you ready, my dear? [VERSE 1 – CREEPY CIRCUS WALTZ] I've got red lips and a painted face, A crooked grin that time can't erase. A purple suit and a flower that squirts, A pocket full of tricks and a heart that hurts. I juggle knives, I dance on chairs, I tell you jokes that nobody dares. You laugh so hard, you start to cry, But don't ask Giggles the reason why! [PRE-CHORUS – ORGAN BUILDS, BELLS RING] Round and round, the carousel spins, Everybody loses, everybody grins! Clap your hands and stamp your feet, There's no escape from my little beat! [CHORUS – BIG, CATCHY, TWISTED CIRCUS MELODY] GIGGLES! GIGGLES! HA-HA-HA! Come a little closer, ba-ba-ba! GIGGLES! GIGGLES! RING THE BELL! Smile for the clown — WELCOME TO HELL! HEE-HEE-HEE! HA-HA-HA! Who is laughing? Who you are? GIGGLES! GIGGLES! DON'T YOU CRY! The last one laughing never dies! [POST-CHORUS – MANIACAL LAUGHTER] Hee-hee-hee! HA-HA-HA-HA-HA! [VERSE 2 – FASTER, MORE UNHINGED] The tent is crooked, the moon is red, The band plays songs for the nearly dead. The drummer's dancing without his shoes, The fiddler's gone and the clown's on the loose! A little bow and a little spin, I'll paint a smile upon your chin. You came for fun, you came to play, But Giggles never lets you walk away! [PRE-CHORUS – DISTORTED CALLIOPE] Round and round, the music flies, Painted tears and button eyes! One more joke, one last surprise, Watch that smile spread across your eyes! [CHORUS – BIGGER, CHAOTIC CIRCUS] GIGGLES! GIGGLES! HA-HA-HA! Come a little closer, ba-ba-ba! GIGGLES! GIGGLES! RING THE BELL! Smile for the clown — WELCOME TO HELL! HEE-HEE-HEE! HA-HA-HA! Who is laughing? Who you are? GIGGLES! GIGGLES! DON'T YOU CRY! The last one laughing never dies! [BRIDGE – MUSIC BOX, WHISPERED VOCALS] Why so quiet? Why so blue? I've saved a special seat for you... No more crying, No goodbye, Just paint that smile And wave hello... [WHISPER] It's showtime. [INSTRUMENTAL BREAK – DERANGED CIRCUS WALTZ] [Detuned calliope melody] [Maniacal laughter between musical phrases] [Accelerating accordion and frantic carnival bells] [Sudden stop] [FINAL CHORUS – MAXIMUM CIRCUS MADNESS] GIGGLES! GIGGLES! HA-HA-HA! Everybody dance, tra-la-la! GIGGLES! GIGGLES! RING THE BELL! Smile for the clown — WELCOME TO HELL! HEE-HEE-HEE! HA-HA-HA! Hear the music near and far! GIGGLES! GIGGLES! SAY GOODBYE! THE LAST ONE LAUGHING NEVER DIES! [OUTRO – MUSIC BOX SLOWS DOWN] Tick-tock... The lights go black... [WHISPERED LAUGHTER] Hee-hee-hee... You want another show? [ONE FINAL DETUNED MUSIC BOX NOTE]
