[Instrumental Intro] [verse] A Christmas party is what everyone loves to wait. They love exchanging gifts and the surprises behind it. Children wear their new shoes and beautiful outfits. They wish to receive their fav'rite toys real quick. Time to reveal the names in kris-kringle gift exchange. Where gift prices are already before pre-arranged. So that jealousy among participants wouldn't reign. Otherwise there'll be fights why one's gift is so cheap. [Chorus] Christmas parties are practices we surely love. They're a time when families and friends unite. Christmas parties are practices we surely love. And distinctly delight in what the whole year we can't have. [verse] Parlor games are held for us all to participate. Children and adults get noisy and excited to compete. Usually the children are made to win the contest. Christmas is for them so they feel the season's spirit. Don't forget the le tson set at the center of it all. A Christmas party is nothing without it as it's the soul. See to it that the food prepared don't quickly spoil. So that everyone greets 'Merry Christmas' to all. [Instrumental Break] [Chorus] Christmas parties are practices we surely love. They're a time when families and friends unite. Christmas parties are practices we surely love. And distinctly delight in what the whole year we can't have.
