SONG BY BLACKTHORN RIOT Written In Blood And Neon By Ronan McCalmont, Rikki Morningstar & Dorian Blackthorn [Intro – clean guitar + soft violin] Cold light dancing on your skin Shadows pulling me back in [Soft violin melody] Every breath a loaded sin Where do I end… and you begin [Verse 1] Midnight whispers, velvet lies I get lost inside your eyes Every touch cuts like a blade Every promise slowly fades Your love burns like gasoline Sweetest fire I’ve ever seen Every heartbeat out of time Like a crime I can’t deny [Violin swell under last line] [Pre-Chorus] Hold me closer Pull me under Let the danger take control [Chorus] Razor kiss on my skin Let the madness pull me in Every scar you leave behind Feels like heaven in disguise [Violin rises emotionally] Razor kiss in the dark You ignite a dying spark We’re the fire, we’re the sin And I’d do it all again [Verse 2] Broken mirrors on the floor We don’t even know what for Every word cuts deep and slow Still I never let you go Crimson dreams and silver pain Running wild inside my veins Every second feels like war Still I’m begging you for more [Sharp violin accent between lines] [Pre-Chorus] Hold me closer Feel the thunder Hear my heart begin to break [Chorus] Razor kiss on my skin Let the madness pull me in Every scar you leave behind Feels like heaven in disguise [Violin harmonizes with guitar] Razor kiss in the dark You ignite a dying spark We’re the fire, we’re the sin And I’d do it all again [Bridge – emotional peak] [Dorian violin solo – emotional, soaring] Every note screams through the pain Every breath calls out your name Rain cry beneath the storm Where love and chaos are reborn [Final Chorus – bigger, more intense] Razor kiss on my skin Now there’s no way back again Every scar becomes the flame Burning deeper in your name [Violin + guitar harmony] Razor kiss in the dark You’re the poison in my heart We’re the fire, we’re the sin And we’ll never let this end [Outro – soft fade] Every kiss… every scar… [Violin fades into silence]
