[Verse 1] So also was Adam, the work of my Father’s hands. He formed him according to his own image and his own likeness. But Adam transgressed the commandment, and death came upon him. Yet my Father did not abandon the work of his hands. [Chorus 1] He will renew him, and raise him again, and restore him to his first glory. He will not abandon the work of his hands. [Verse 2] And David also spoke concerning this, for he knew the mercy of Elohim, and he knew that Elohim would not abandon the work of his hands. Death shall not remain for ever, nor shall Sheol hold them for ever. [Chorus 2] The dead shall rise, and those who are in Sheol shall come forth. The work of Elohim shall not perish, for he is able to renew it. [Bridge] As the potter takes again the vessel that was broken, and makes it anew, so shall Elohim renew the work of his hands. [Guitar Solo] [Chorus 3] He shall raise the dead, he shall restore that which was corrupted, and death shall not possess them for ever. The work of his hands shall live.
