[Verse 1] There where rivers gently touch the shores, Where the Spirit sways along with bells, There the word of Jesus sounds alive — Mercy is a gift for everyone. [Chorus] Come to Vilnius, to the city of Mercy, Where the Lord stretches out His hands over all. Here the heart comes back to life, here the spirit is raised again, Here Mercy opens wide the gates of Heaven. [Verse 2] Here the words of Faustina sound anew, Here His gaze from the painting looks at me. All who believe will never be abandoned, For Divine Mercy raises me to life. [Chorus] Come to Vilnius, to the city of Mercy, Where the Lord stretches out His hands over all. Here the heart comes back to life, here the spirit is raised again, Here Mercy opens wide the gates of Heaven. [Verse 3] Let us journey together and bear witness to Him, For love is stronger than the power of death. Let us build together this city of Mercy, Where every person again becomes a holy temple. [Chorus] Come to Vilnius, to the city of Mercy, Where the Lord stretches out His hands over all. Here the heart comes back to life, here the spirit is raised again, Here Mercy opens wide the gates of Heaven.
