[Intro – spoken, epic] Long, long ago… in a realm of hammers and halls… in the shadow of Gorkon’s anvil… the quest for gold began. [Verse 1] In Roglia rings the anvil loud, a king who rules both just and proud. The forges spark with blazing light, and beer flows hot through day and night. Axes flash and shields hold tight, orcs fall down in dwarven might. A dragon roars beyond the stone, but gold is what we call our own! [Pre-Chorus] Red and black and green we claim, every hoard ignites our flame. But woe to those who steal our gold – dwarven wrath is iron and cold! [Chorus – hymnic, choir] Gold Quest! Hammers hard as stone! Through fire, ore, and ale we roam! Gold Quest! We march out – no treasure safe, no mountain stout! Gold Quest! For fame and beer! For axe and helm – we conquer here! On Gorkon’s anvil, fierce and bright – we forge our legends out of might! [Verse 2] The elves may laugh all soft and fine, and humans trade – that’s by design. A halfling here, a goblin there, but gold lies hidden everywhere. For dwarves must save – it is our way, on soap perhaps, but not on pay. For blade and armor, stone and shrine, there must be gold in every mine! [Pre-Chorus] So two set forth with burning sight, into the wild – no step in fright! Sledgie green with axe in hand, and Dave in armor, blue and grand! [Chorus – powerful] Gold Quest! Hammers hard as stone! Through crimson halls we break the throne! Gold Quest! Black as night! The fortress falls in firelight! Gold Quest! No oath will break! No dwarf will bow for terror’s sake! We take what shines, what screams, what’s right – for dwarven honor, greed, and fight! [Bridge – dark, dramatic] Through larva lands and swarming hives, the ground it shakes, we risk our lives. But deeper still in stone and fear, a twisted madness draws us near… Three heads laugh, and one proclaims: “The crown is mine! I rule these names!” Triplicar now lifts his might – a mutant king prepared to fight! [Breakdown – rhythmic, chant] Strike! – For the gold! Strike! – For the throne! Strike! – For Roglia’s name! Strike! – For the ale! Strike! – For the hoard! Strike! – For the dwarven lord! [Final Chorus – epic] Gold Quest! The axes spin! Three heads fall in blazing din! Gold Quest! The anvil cries! As dwarven steel defeats the lies! Gold Quest! So sings the tale of greed and courage without fail! Who seeks the gold and stands the test – will carve his name in stone and crest! [Outro – spoken] And deep within the mountain… still echoes… Gorkon’s anvil.
