[Soft, melancholic piano begins — slow, sorrowful chords] [Voiceover, gentle and sympathetic] “Meet the goblins… once known for their mischief, now forgotten in the ashes of a crumbled gingerbread home. The sugar-glazed roof has collapsed, the frosting paths have melted, and the caramel smoke has long since cleared. Without the hand that once bound them, they wander the forest—lost among gumdrop stones, hungry beneath candy-cane trees, and frightened by the shadows of a world that no longer needs them. Their licorice chains have snapped, but so too has their sense of belonging. For just a small kindness, you can offer shelter from the brittle cold, a morsel sweeter than crumbs, and guidance through the dark woods. With your help, these misunderstood creatures can step beyond burnt sugar and fear, into a tale of hope and second chances. Because every creature deserves a place to call home.” [Music swells — piano lifts into a single, bittersweet hopeful chord before fading out]
