THE HIDDEN HALLS
[Instrumental] [Intro] They march from every alley where the broken hearts escape, Heading to the castle where the lost ones celebrate. Velvet on the walls, torn banners in the air, Monsters swirling wild like they’ve never known despair. But she walks in alone, with a heartbeat out of place— A human in the shadows of this twisted, haunted space. [Verse] He stands above the crowd with a gaze that chills the bone, Dracula, the master, carved from darkness and from stone. But when he sees her trembling in the flicker of the light, His ancient heart stirs softly for the first time in the night. [Pre] He moves through all the creatures like a whisper in the dark, She feels his presence near her like a flame about to spark. He says “You shouldn’t be here, love, this place devours the weak,” But she smiles through the chaos like she’s stronger than she seems. [drop] Bodies spinning reckless in the candle‑lit decay, Monsters tangled up like they’re trying to run away. But he pulls her from the madness, shields her from the floor, Acting like it’s nothing though he’s shaking to the core. He shows her hidden hallways where the moonlight never bleeds, Rooms where broken creatures try to fill their endless needs. She sees the truth behind them, all the pain they try to hide, And wonders why a monster feels so gentle by her side. [Verse] He tells her of the centuries he wandered lost and numb, How every night felt hollow, how the music made him run. But something in her heartbeat cuts straight through his disguise, A fragile human warmth he thought had long been sacrificed. [Pre] She whispers “You’re not broken, you’re just tired of the night,” He answers “You’re the only one who makes this darkness bright.” Around them monsters cheer like they’re drowning out their fear, But the two of them stand frozen like the world has disappeared. [drop] Monsters losing control in the masquerade parade, Hiding all their sorrow in the noise the DJ made. If you listen past the cheering in these halls of painted light, You’ll hear fragile hearts confessing what they never say outright. [Outro] When the morning breaks the spell, the creatures fade away, But Dracula stands watching as she slowly walks away. He cannot chase the sunlight, cannot follow where she goes— So he keeps her name forever in the halls where darkness glows.
