Neon Rivers

Rain on glass Midnight glows Streetlights blur Nobody knows Windows down City breathes Leave my name In the breeze No destination Nothing planned Just these lights And open hands One more turn One more mile Haven't felt This free in awhile No destination Just tonight Neon rivers Tail light skies Leave the weight Leave the noise Every mile's another choice I don't need A place to be Just the road... And what's left of me Harbor lights Fade away Open roads Break the gray Fields awake Morning near Only wind Out here Every answer Can wait Every question Can fade If the sunrise Finds me still Maybe that's... Enough.
