Yet John recalled what Jesus said, "The Son of Man shall rise," He said. While Peter wandered faith and fear, The Living Master still was near. The dawn had come, though few could see, The truth of immortality. (Verse 1 – The Appearance to Peter) Alone beneath the evening sky, Peter wondered, questioned why. Would the Master speak again, To one who failed among his friends? Then mercy found the troubled soul, Restoring faith and making whole. The shepherd's heart began anew, Forgiven, strengthened, loyal, true. (Chorus – The Risen Master Appears) The Risen Master appears once more, Beyond the grave, beyond death's shore. In morontia light He came, Still the Father’s Son the same. The Risen Master walks again, Among His loyal followers and friends. A living hope for every sphere, Declaring that eternal life is near. (Verse 2 – First Appearance to the Apostles) Suddenly within the room, He stood alive beyond the tomb. Their fear gave way to joy and awe, As living proof stood there before. No ghost of memory passing by, But one who conquered not by might. The morontia Master calmly stood, Teaching peace and brotherhood. (Bridge – Among Morontia Beings) Across the realms He moved with grace, A citizen of morontia space. The universe began to see, The pathway of mortality. From earthly life to spirit spheres, Beyond the boundaries born of years. The Son revealed the upward way, Toward Paradise's endless day. (Verse 3 – At Philadelphia) At Philadelphia He appeared, To faithful hearts who persevered. Strengthening those who chose to stand, And serve the Kingdom through the land. No distance barred the Master's care, His love was reaching everywhere. To every seeker came the sign, The mortal path has a design. (Chorus – The Risen Master Appears) The Risen Master appears once more, Beyond the grave, beyond death's shore. In morontia light He came, Still the Father’s Son the same. (Final Chorus – The Living Son) The Living Son appears once more, Beyond all worlds from shore to shore. His mortal bestowal now complete, Yet still He guides all who seek. The Living Son of Nebadon, Leads His universe onward on. And every soul may hear Him say, "Walk with the Father every day." (Outro) No longer hidden by the tomb, No longer bound by earthly doom. The Master's work was not yet done, For resurrection had begun.
