Prezidential Address

V6

**BIG PREZ — PREZIDENTIAL ADDRESS** **[Intro — spoken]** Door was open. You just wasn't invited yet. Prez. **[Verse]** I come from hallways where the light stayed broke, where you learned who had money by the way they never spoke. Where a fresh pair meant something, twenty dollars meant more, and everybody knew the business happening outside the store. I learned young— don't count another man's pockets, don't speak on what you ain't see, don't confuse being around it with being somebody they need. That's different. I watched loud men disappear when the room got tense, watched quiet ones feed families and never mention what they spent. So when you hear me talking calm, understand where calm came from. You ever had your rent due with your whole week's money gone? You ever split the last plate and told somebody you already ate? Ever smiled inside the house so nobody else could see the weight? That's pressure. Not the kind they put in captions. I'm talking pressure that turns boys into men or men into distractions. I chose structure. Put the anger in a box and made it useful. Stopped trying to look successful. Started making moves successful. **[Refrain]** I don't need the room loud. I need the room right. Power ain't who everybody sees. It's who they call at night. **[Verse continues]** Same Prez. Better tailoring. Less explaining. More ownership. I know men with expensive watches who don't own a minute of their day. That ain't rich to me. I know men with five cars still driving around looking for respect. That ain't power either. Power is saying no when the money says you should say yes. Power is feeding everybody and never bringing up the check. Power is knowing when it's love. Knowing when it's access. Knowing when somebody calling you “family” really mean assets. See, the street taught me people. Business taught me numbers. Loss taught me timing. And winning taught me something— everybody loves the summer. Pay attention in December. That's when you find out who brought a coat and who just came for the weather. **[Beat strips down]** I remember the old block. I don't worship it. There's a difference. Some dudes make pain their whole identity 'cause healing feels like distance. Me? I took what served me. Left what didn't. Kept the instincts. Lost the panic. Turned survival into standards. Now the same things that looked impossible look administrative. That's growth. **[Beat returns heavier]** Black car. No announcement. Back entrance. No entourage. If everybody knows you're coming, somebody talked too much. I keep the circle like the music— enough space for everything to knock. And if I don't speak when I enter? Don't mistake silence for shock. I'm reading. Who's comfortable. Who's performing. Who's watching who. Who changes how they talk when somebody important walks through. That's information. And information made me more than intimidation ever could. **[Refrain]** I don't need the room loud. I need the room right. Power ain't who everybody sees. It's who they call at night. **[Outro]** So if this your first time in here— understand something. We don't chase power. We build until power needs the room. Welcome to Power Studio. Prez.
