# **Title: Our Mountains, Our Voice** **[Verse 1]** Across Carinthia to East Tyrol, the power corridor cuts a line through both our lands, through forests, across the valleys where generations found their home. Some call it progress, others call it a threat. But who is listening to the people who have always lived here? We want power, we want life, we want to move forward too. But should nature have to disappear to make that happen? Who carries the burden? Who pays the price? That question remains— and deep down, we all know. **[Pre-Chorus]** You call it progress, we ask about tomorrow. Who will protect these valleys? Who will hear our voices? **[Chorus – Big Anthemic Crowd Vocals]** No power corridor through Carinthia to East Tyrol, if this giant transmission line destroys our homeland. No power corridor through Carinthia to East Tyrol, if no one listens to the people. We are the voice of this generation, we stand together, we are ready. For our mountains, for our lakes, for a future we choose ourselves. No power corridor through Carinthia to East Tyrol— our homeland will remain. **[Verse 2]** They keep telling us this is the only way forward. But we also want to see the consequences of today's decisions. The glaciers are retreating, the landscape is changing. Nature tells its story— let's not forget to listen. Energy matters, everyone here understands that. But real solutions need more than another massive transmission line. With wind and water, with technology and respect for nature, we need a path built on balance and wisdom. **[Pre-Chorus]** We are not against the future. We are not against change. But the future needs responsibility, honesty, and care. **[Bridge]** Who decides about tomorrow? Who hears the voices of the people here? This isn't only about numbers. It's about this place we call home. Because home is not an empty word, not just a picture on a wall. Home lives within every person who carries it in their heart. **[Final Chorus – Huge Crowd Sing Along]** No power corridor through Carinthia to East Tyrol, if it destroys our homeland. We are the next generation, standing up for our own future. Our mountains, our lakes, our dreams will remain. We will never give away our voice, because these two lands mean so much more. No power corridor through Carinthia to East Tyrol, we will stand for what we love.
