Verse 1 If I have told you of earthly things, and you believe not, (Gospel of the Holy Twelve Chapter 37) How then shall I teach you the things of Heaven? (JOHN 3:12 / see Pistis Sophia) Woe to the time when the spirit of the world enters the Assembly— When my doctrines are made void By the corruption of men and of women. (Gospel of the Holy Twelve 44:12) Woe to the world… when the LIGHT is hidden.(~Pistis Sophia 141:14) Verse 2 Strive to receive the Mysteries of the Light. (Gospel of the Holy Twelve 65:7-10) Do not delay from cycle to cycle, eon to eon, Believing that in your return (born again) (Gospel of The Holy Twelve 37) You will succeed in gaining the mysteries And entering the Kingdom of Light. For you do not know when the number of perfected souls Shall be fulfilled. (62:5) Chorus To the one who overcomes— I will make you a pillar, (Revelation 3:12) And you shall go out no more. He who has an ear, Let him hear… You shall go out no more. (No more... no more...) Verse 3 Born again into the world, They go out and in, And suffer correction for ages— Till they are made perfect. But if you do not keep my commandments, I will cast you forth. (The Gospel of the Holy Twelve 21:9) Bridge Blessed are those who abstain From all things begotten by bloodshed and death— (Gospel of the Holy Twelve 20:8) For you have fulfilled all righteousness. If you keep not the lesser mysteries, Who shall give you the greater? Only those with right to the Tree of Life May enter through the gates into the City. Verse 4 Teach the Set-Apart Law of Love Which I have delivered unto you. Love one another, And love all creatures of the Supreme. Through many changes you must be made perfect. For those who have done evil— There is no rest. They go out and in, And suffer correction for ages. (Gospel of the Holy Twelve 69:3) But for those who have done good And attained unto perfection— Repeated death and birth have no power. (69:3-4) For them, the wheel of the Eternal Revolves no more. Outro As you do in this life to your fellow creatures, So shall it be done to you in the life to come. For the Supreme is just, And rewards each one according to their works. (18:12) What they sow, they shall also reap. The Supreme forgives all sin to those who repent— But as you sow… so also must you reap. (18:12 / 93:1) >>>> see the Born Again message
