Thank You, Lord, For Loving Me

I just want to thank you Lord for loving me You gave up your life for me at Calvary I didn’t deserve it You thought I was worth it Now you have given me life eternally Thank you Lord for loving me I search through my life and find there is nothing worthy of your love Just piles of sin and pride deep within that stays with me all the time I guess you saw something that I cannot see You knew there was more that I could grow up to be You left your throne to die on a tree Just for me. Just for me I just want to thank you Lord for loving me You gave up your life for me at Calvary I didn’t deserve it You thought I was worth it Now you have given me life eternally Thank you Lord for loving me Now you give me your grace every day and your mercy abounds to me I see how the events in my life always find a way to fulfill my need Some may be things that I think are quite bad And sometimes I face things that make me sad In the end I always seem to come out glad That you love me.
