[Intro – Spoken or lightly sung] Come along, come along, what do you see? It's Amara on safari, as happy as can be! [Verse 1] Amara the cat in her safari jeep, Across the savanna, where the grasses sweep. Elephants splash and giraffes stand tall, Zebras go running—she loves them all! [Chorus] Amara, Amara, off we go! Through the golden grasses where the wild winds blow! Big or small, we're friends today, Helping each other along the way! [Verse 2] A mother leopard cries, "My cub is gone!" Amara says, "I'll find her, come along!" Yip, yip, yip! The hyenas are near, But brave little Amara has no fear! [Chorus] Amara, Amara, off we go! Through the golden grasses where the wild winds blow! Big or small, we're friends today, Helping each other along the way! [Bridge – Playful and suspenseful] Look up high! What do we see? A little spotted cub in a sausage tree! Too high for an elephant, what shall we do? A tall giraffe says, "I'll help you!" Jump, little leopard! One, two, three! Down from the branches, safe and free! [Final Verse] Back to her mama, a happy sight, Amara must hurry before tonight! Captain Bob waits as the sun sinks low, One more adventure, and off they go! [Final Chorus – Joyful] Amara, Amara, hooray, hooray! You saved a little leopard cub today! Big or small, we're friends today, Helping each other along the way! [Outro – Softly sung] Amara, Amara, brave and true, The African savanna says thank you!
