Heavenly Father, we come before you in praise, worship and adoration. Thank you for sending your Son Jesus to give us life, to give us forgiveness, to give us a place in your family. Thank you for sending the Holy Spirit to guide us and empower us in our daily lives. Heavenly Father, open our eyes that we may see your greatness, your majesty, your victory on our behalf. We place ourselves now under the Cross of Jesus Christ, and cover ourselves with the Precious Blood of Jesus. We surround ourselves with the light of Christ, and say in the name of Jesus, that nothing shall interfere with the Lord’s work being accomplished in our lives. We put on God’s armour to resist the devil’s tactics. We stand our ground with truth buckled around our waist, and integrity for a breastplate. We carry the shield of faith to put out the burning arrows of the evil one. We accept salvation from God to be our helmet, and to receive the Word of God from the Spirit to use as a sword. Loving Father, we surrender to you today with all of our hearts and our souls. Please come into our hearts in a deeper way. Come Holy Spirit, and baptize us with the fire of your love. We have surrendered to the best of our ability, and now we want to be filled with your Spirit. We need your power in our lives. Please come and fill us now. Lord, we believe that when we surrendered to you as Lord, we became one. You are the vine and we are the branches of the vine. Our lives flow from you. We believe that as we yield and ask, you will release your strength, wisdom and healing to meet the needs of the hour. We yield now to receive your sanctification gifts of: wisdom and understanding, counsel and might, knowledge, and the fear of the Lord. We need these gifts in our lives to grow as a Christian. We yield and ask you to release your manifestation gifts of service: wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discernment, tongues and the interpretation of tongues. We need them to witness to a hurting world. Only in your power, guided by Your Spirit can our lives be fruitful. Come Holy Spirit. Come. We want every purpose God has for our lives to be fulfilled, and we need you, Mighty Spirit of God, to bring that purpose to fulfillment Come Holy Spirit. COME. Come Holy Spirit. COME.
